Important Notes:
1. We will not accept abstracts unless at least one participant has paid the nonrefundable registration fee.
2. The deadline for registration fee payment for participants with presentations is 30th June 2025.
Symposium nonrefundable registration fees include:
- Attend all oral and poster sessions.
- Included are the symposium bag, badge, printed material, certificate and three coffee breaks.
- The Egyptian Journal of Environmental Change will publish the accepted full papers, with a maximum of 10 pages
- We conducted two guided field trips within Siwa Oasis, excluding the Gara field workshop.
The symposium full package includes:
- Attending all oral and poster sessions.
- Included are the symposium bag, badge, printed material, certificate and three coffee breaks.
- The full package includes three nights of BB accommodation in a DBL/TPL room, in Eco-resort (Symposium venue). Additional fees (350 LE/ 10 €) per night for single rooms.
- The Egyptian Journal of Environmental Change will publish the accepted full papers, with a maximum of 10 pages.
- Two guided field trips inside Siwa Oasis
- The field workshop will take place in Gara Oasis (it depends on the possibility of obtaining permits from the administrative authorities).
- The AC bus provides two-way transportation to and from Alexandria City.
Cancellation and refunds:
- There will be no refunds for the registration fees.
- You can receive a refund of 100% of the full package fees (excluding the registration fees) until 30th June 2025, 50% of the fees until 30th July 2025, and 25% of the fees until 15th August 2025. After 15th August 2025, there will be no refunds.
